His name is Robert Green Known as Spice 1.  He is from the Bay Area and was a part of the Orginal East Bay Gangstas with Too Short and E-40.

He was on Jive Records and is currently indepandent with over 15 albums recorded. He is well known and respected as a West Coast Hip-Hop Icon. He began his career at the age of 16 rapping with his friends Tupac, The Outlawz, E-40 and Too $hort.
